FSW General Policies

✶  The client has agency and choice in all services provided by the practitioner. The client must communicate with the practitioner if they have any concerns.


✶  The practitioner will inform the client if the issue presented is beyond the scope of practice. The practitioner can recommend professionals who may be better suited for the client. It is up to the client to take that suggestion.


✶  All payment must be received before the start of the session.


✶  No refunds; all transactions are final.


✶  Packages are valid for 3 months.


✶  Upon scheduling a session, the client must ensure the receipt of the confirmation link and online session link. The client must contact the practitioner at least 12 hours before the appointment if the email is not received.


✶  If the client is late for a session, the session will end on time. There will be no extension of the session time in order to respect the next client’s session.


✶  The client must inform the practitioner if they are not able to attend the appointment 24 hours before. There is a three times limit for rescheduling.


✶  In case of no-show, the client must schedule and pay for another session. If the client purchased a package, the missed session would be counted as one of the package sessions.


✶  Communication is done via email, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Telegram, or Messages. No calls will be taken outside the scheduled session. 


✶  All materials presented are the practitioner’s property, including videos, documents, and other materials. The client must not share publicly without reference to the practitioner.

Offers

✶  Referral Gift: If a new client attends a session based on the client's referral, the client will receive a free mini Emotion Code session (releasing up to 10 emotions for one issue). Offer may be used on self or gifted to others. Once gifted, it is not transferrable. Offer valid for one month.


✶  Packages are valid for 3 months. Package sessions are not transferrable; however, they may be shared within one family.


Privacy Policy

The practitioner will maintain the confidentiality of the clients’ information, their identities, and anything shared during sessions. 


The practitioner takes the client’s privacy seriously and will never share, sell, or trade their information with anyone.
